The introduction of our first generation R1 in 2006 laid down a look and style which make our products unique. The Sunday Telegraph described it as ‘the Aston Martin of DAB radios’, an appraisal which concisely describes our ethos and one that drives us to design and build products which we believe are the best available.
With the introduction of our second generation R1 in 2010, the essence of our original design remains, but with numerous refinements we’ve created a successor which is further enhanced and even more desirable.
The new R1 allows users to set their radio as they like it! As you would expect with our long audio heritage, sound quality is exceptional, but now with the facility to adjust tone and a loudness option, customers can ‘fine tune’ the sound to suit their own taste. Other improvements include a high contrast ‘easy to read’ display, comprehensive alarm system and two quality accessories which add further to the new R1’s wide range of abilities.
